Heidi Rogers was an AMAZING agent. Knowledgeable and professional from the initial meeting through the property closing. I followed her guidance and my home sold (multiple offers) within 9 days of it being placed on the market. She provided good counsel through what was a very stressful situation for me. Heidi did a great job helping me to sell my house as-is. The house was in bad shape and had been left empty for over a year. She provided good advice in what to fix and what not to fix and the best way to put it on the market.
